A sequin-embellished satin-finish bodice catches the light, and the skirt is built in layers: a pleated sparkle layer in the middle, wrapped in sheer organza on the outside, with the glow underneath it all. The faster she spins, the more the whole gown comes alive. It closes with a full zipper in the back, so this is the one she'll need a grown-up's help stepping into (part of the occasion, we think!).
